Firstly, could you answer this question for me: We have moved into an existing residence which has had a number of different owners, does this automatically make it a period 8 house because we moved into after march 2004? I know that if it is a new house that no-one has ever lived in automatically makes it period 8, but if the house is existing and has had a number of different owners, does this make it a period 7 house or period 8?
