how to determine the period of the house gua? based on house completed year (original house developer or renovated year) or move in year? please advise.

Dear Chong, the Period of the house and the house Gua are two different things. The Period of the house is determined by the move-in year (for new houses). The Gua of the house is determined by its sitting (opposite facing direction) and does not change with time. Cheers! Sherwin
