Joey, I just found out that I am bornt in the year of the Wood Rabbit instead of Dragon, having assumed that all my life! If that's not worst, my Ming Gua is also wrong!!! Another online calcultor said my Ming Gua is 9 but your wbsite says I'm 8. Upon calculating manually with a colleague, I realised that I was wrong, my ming gua is indeed 8!! Problem is I have applied the 8 mansions feng shui star direction according to my ming gua 9 and I dun know how to rectify it!!! pls advise.

Dear Belinda, There's no need to be too alarmed. Your personal Gua only dictates your own 'personal' favorable directions. You should not be doing your entire house's Feng Shui based on your 'personal' Ming Gua alone. Your house's Feng Shui, if you are using Eight Mansions, should be based on your House's Gua. This way, everyone in the house benefits. So what you can do now is to seek out your house's Gua and determine if you have located the Door, Kitchen and Bedrooms correctly. Warm Regards, JY
