Dear Master Yap, I understand from a previous answer that if we move into a house after 4th Feb 2004 it's a period 8 house, even though the house was completed before the date. Does this apply to apartments as weLL? What period chart should I use if I move into my apartment unit (previously unoccupied) this year but the whole building was completed before 4th Feb 2004? Dear Liu, for apartments (or any big multi-storey building) the FIRST occupant determines the Period. I think you can check with your developer if anyone moved in before Feb 4th 2004. (Remember, take the facing of the entire building) Cheers! SN
