Dear Melvin,
A mirror reflecting the bed generally reflects light (when you turn on the lights or sunlight from the windows) to your bed. The sudden strong light itself might interfere with your sleep, or your mood. Hence, in a way, it does affect your well-being. There is a saying "Where the Mirror reflects the bed, the person is likely to get sick". This actually is not exactly "Feng Shui", since the mirror doesn't reflect Qim but because the mirror it reflects strong light/glare that causes mental / physical uneasiness. Thus if you could, you can cover the mirror facing your bed when you sleep.
