Dear Mr Jeoy Yap, I’m Yvonne Wong from Ipoh, Perak. Your fengshui show really got my interest and I like it because it’s very ‘educational’. Since following the previous episodes, it got me to put this question to you regarding the individual GUA numbers. My husband was born in 1968 while I was in 1971. Our GUA numbers are 2 and 4 respectively. As you can see, my husband’s auspicious directions are in fact my inauspicious directions and vice-versa. So, does this mean that we aren’t meant for each other? If not, how can we balance and harmonize ourselves? Thank you. With regards, Yvonne Wong.

Dear Yvonne,

Thanks for watching the show. In later episodes I will explain that eventhough a couple may be from different 'groups' of Gua numbers, it DOES NOT mean that they are incompatible. We've talked about the Personal Life Gua so far in the show, but there's also the HOUSE GUA which we haven't discussed yet until Episode 2. You will soon discover that in Feng Shui, no matter which Gua a person is, you need to find a good room 'based on the house'.

Compatibility between a husband and wife is not a 'Feng Shui' analysis. It's a Chinese Astrology / Destiny analysis called BaZi. So don't worry.

Warm Regards, - JY
