Question Posted: 30 May 2012 at 11:08:22 AM
Got a copy of "THE TEN THOUSAND YEAR CALENDAR" pocket edition and on page 265 for 3rd Jan 1952 it stated that the month pillar is Xin Chou. However, the Bazi Chart generated from your software stated that my month pillar is Geng Zi. I noted that on the same page 265,Geng Zi is for one month early. Am I reading this correct. Just wonder! Could you advice.

Dear Steven,

The information is correct.

But you have have read it wrongly.

I suspect you have not read the instructions clearly or perhaps have not seen the FAQ.

Please take note that the Ten Thousand Calendar is a LUNI-SOLAR Calendar. This means it contains BOTH the Lunar and Solar dates with reference to the Western Gregorian Calendar.

You need to take note of the "Transition  Dates" for the Solar Calendar which is highlighted in black, each month.

The software is correct. So is the book.

Warm Regards,

JY
