1. It's better late than never. The longer you delay change, the harder it is to change. And remember after you learn about what NEEDS to change, it still takes time for you to make that change. Hence, the sooner the better.
2. It's not a question of your will-power to succeed. It's clearly you don't know 'HOW'. You don't have the right skills and tools based on your baZi.
For the fastest solution - is the find a qualified BaZi consultant to help you understand your chart and what are the ways you can go about acquiring the right skills and tools based on your BaZi chart.
Alternatively, you can study how to read yourchart yourself. This is a better long term solution, but it takes time. If you prefer to study this yourself, you can try to make you way to Singapore for the "Design Your Destiny" class beginning next Friday :
