1) Yes. As the scars are naturally caused, this means you should read the implications as indicated by their positions. But one thing I must clarify, your 'problem' is NOT caused by the scar. The scar merely informs you that the problem is arising. Removing it does not remove the problem. So you need to find out WHAT is the real cause of your problem and fix it before it begins.
2). Again, this is similar to your question 1. The moles does NOT affect you. They are merely indicators, telling you of certain changes about to take place.
3). I would always recommend self study when you have simple questions you need to answer. But when it comes to serious questions like Career and Relationship and a lot is at stake if you'd make wrong decisions, then I will always recommend a proper consultation. Think about all those months and days you try to figure out the answer on your own? How much time (money) you would have saved if you had the answer quickly. But a consultation is a two-way thing. You need to be prepared with your questions and objectives before looking for a consultant. If you don't know what you wish to obtain by the end of your reading, then your investment would be wasted. Be prepared before you decide to go for a consultation.
