firstly thank you for the opportunity to ask a question. I am asking for my good friend, DOB 16th Feb 1966, time 5.30pm, female. She has been struggling at work although she has the paper qualification and the right attitude. She has worked there for 18 years. She used to get promotion all the time but lately (the last 6-7 year) she is like being demoted. She was betrayed and backstabbed. How could I help her to overcome these obstacles? What can she do? She has been applying for other jobs but until today has not succeeded, even to go for an interview. Much grateful of your advice and help.

Do not worry. You friend has just entered a new Luck Pillar. Things will change for the better soon. You can expedite this by having her send her resumes to industries relating to finance, insurance, banking, automobiles, appliances manufacturing and other metal related fields. Her good friends born in the years of the monkey and pig can also help her with some recommendations. Otherwise, just be patient and continue to do what she is already doing. Opportunity is coming.
