Question Posted: 4 Nov 2005 at 12:00:00 AM
Good morning! Joey I am staying in an apartment on the ground floor. There are these roof poles (poison arrows) pointing into my balcony. I tried to use the curtain to block the view but I find my house is very dark & not airy. I want to hang a concave bagua to protect but not so sure. The reason to use concave bagua because I do not want to hurt my neighbours. My questions to hang the bagua: (1) Is it alright to hang the bagua or do you have other suggestion? (2) The balcony wall is slightly higher than the roof poles, can the bagua be effective? (3) Can I sit under the bagua at the balcony? I would like to enjoy the poolview. I hope you can help me with my questions. I have been feeling uncomfortable over the poison arrows. Thank you for your quick response.

Dear Anna, are you sure that the poles are 'poison arrows'? If it is not very large (or not too nearby), then it's probably harmless. We do not advocate the use of a BaGua because it is more of a cultural artifact. Cheers. SN
