Dear Ann, there are many ways to go about this. You can look from your own BaZi chart to see if you have someone helpful coming your way at a given point in time. Or you can assess the potential employee's BaZi. Or you can use Mian Xiang (Face Reading) to find the features/qualities you need. Good luck! Sherwin
