Dear Joey, i'm very confused on the period chart of my house. coz zome says this and some says that. my house, it's a new house, i've moved in in 28 Nov 2004 but it was built somewhere 3 years ago. so, is my house considered as a Period 7 or period 8 house? and also the term, moving in, counts from where? is it when i first step into the house? or when i throw a house warming? do the moving in ceremony? or when i start to sleep in the house? i would appreciate if you could please help, thanks.

Dear Leo, since you moved-in to your new house after Feb 4th 2004, it is a Period 8 property. Occupy normally involves everyone sleeping in the house. The Qi should settle then. Cheers - Sherwin
