Mulpha International Bhd, a public listed company involved in high-end property development, with operations and investments in Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, China, Hong Kong and Australia invited Joey Yap to give a talk on Feng Shui and Mian Xiang. Held on the 12th of March at their premier development, Leisure Farm Resort in Gelang Patah, Johor, the talk was held for the residents of Leisure Farm as well as for investors and invited guests.
The talk began with Joey explaining the basics of Classical Feng Shui and how it has to do with locations and directions. The crowd was enthusiastic and had many questions pertaining to the Feng Shui of Leisure Farm and their own homes. His pointers on identifying beneficial landforms in their environment was particularly interesting to the attendees.
He also included a short section on Mian Xiang, the Chinese Art of Face Reading. He explained how anyone can be ‘read’ just by scrutinizing their faces. Laughter broke out among the crowd when Joey Yap spoke about how a person could use this knowledge to identify a good spouse.
After the talk ended, the General Manager for Mulpha International Bhd took Joey on a tour around the beautiful resort
